DAILY OPERATION OF SOUP KITCHENS FOR THE CHILDREN OF TANZANIA!
In an effort to heal the “wound” of hunger and malnutrition, soup kitchens operate daily in Tanzania providing meals to orphans, regardless of religion, in the impoverished area of Iringa, where 70% of people die of deadly diseases thus leaving thousands of unprotected orphans behind.
Moreover, after the Divine Liturgy, in the various villages, a soup kitchen is organized and meal is provided to the faithful, but also to all the inhabitants of the village, who may often reach the number of or even exceed 1000.
Furthermore, in exceptional cases, food is distributed to families that are deprived of the essentials for a living.
